Duplicate Payment Refunds

• If you are inadvertently charged more than once for the same order (for example, receiving two transaction receipts for one order), we will refund the duplicate amount in full.

• Timeline: Refunds processed within 4–6 business days to your original payment method.

Identical Order Refunds

• If you place two identical orders by mistake:
  • Before assignment: Cancel the unwanted duplicate for a full refund (100%).
  • After assignment: Standard Cancellation Refund rates apply (see Section 3.2).
• It is your responsibility to cancel any orders you do not require before work commences.

No Writer Available Refunds

• In rare instances where we cannot secure a suitably qualified writer for your project:
  • Full Refund (100%) of all monies paid.
  • We may also offer you a discount voucher toward a future order as goodwill.
• No refund or compensation is offered where similar expertise is later found and delivered to you.

Late Delivery Refunds

Our commitment is timely delivery, including weekends and UK public holidays, unless otherwise agreed.

First Draft Late by Our Fault

• Price Recalculation: We will recalculate the fee based on the missed deadline. For instance, if an 8-hour deadline paper is delivered in 10 hours, you are entitled to the difference in price between an 8-hour and a 10-hour order.
• Long-Term Orders (11+ days): You may request a partial refund of 7% of the total fee if the first draft arrives late.
• Unusable Delay: If the first draft arrives so late that it is unusable, you may request a 100% refund and a discount code for future use.

Revision Late

• Revision deadlines are set separately.
• Late revisions do not qualify for deadline-based refunds under Section 7.1.
• To avoid timing conflicts, allow at least 30% longer than your final deadline for revisions.

Quality-Related Refunds

Plagiarism (> 30%)

• If you obtain an official plagiarism report (e.g., Turnitin) showing over 30% unoriginal content, submit it to our Disputes Team.
• 100% Refund upon verification.
• Requirement: Valid report within 7 days of delivery.

Deficient Service (Grammar, Instructions Not Followed)

• First, request unlimited free revisions (see our Revision Policy).
• If, after three revision rounds, the work still falls short of your brief (e.g., major factual or stylistic errors), you may request a partial refund up to 30% of the order fee.
• Procedure: Provide detailed feedback and examples within 15 days of delivery.
• Review Period: Our Quality Assurance team will respond within 5 business days.

Progressive Delivery Refunds

For orders split into multiple deliverable parts:

• Once you approve a part in your account, that part is deemed accepted and non-refundable.
• Refunds apply only to the final, unapproved part, and only before work on that part begins.
• The 10% Progressive Delivery fee is non-refundable once any part is approved.
• You have up to 21 days from final approval to request a refund on the last part.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees and deposits are non-refundable:

• Writer Sample Deposit: The fee for obtaining sample pages from a prospective writer (e.g., £5) is non-refundable.
• Progressive Delivery Fee: As above, non-refundable once any part is approved.
• Expedited Delivery Upgrades: Fees paid for shortened deadlines (e.g., 24-hour service) are non-refundable, except where the delay is our fault under Section 7.1.
• Discount Codes: Discounts applied at checkout are final and cannot be adjusted or refunded after payment.

How to Request a Refund

1. Identify the Category: Refer to Sections 3–10 to determine which refund category applies.
2. Compile Documentation: Gather any required evidence (e.g., transaction receipts, plagiarism reports, detailed feedback).

   • Your order number
   • Name and contact details
   • Refund category and rationale
   • Supporting documents
4. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt within 1 business day and provide a case reference.
5. Resolution: Our Dispute Resolution team will investigate and respond with a decision within 10 business days.
6. Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 4–6 business days back to your original payment method.

Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

• If you are dissatisfied, please use our internal refund process rather than initiating a chargeback.
• Unauthorized chargebacks without first exhausting our dispute process may result in order termination and loss of unpaid work.
• We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery.
• Our goal is to resolve any disputes amicably. If internal resolution fails, you may seek independent dispute resolution or arbitration in England and Wales.

Governing Law and Severability

This Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
