These Terms do not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other statutory consumer protection legislation. In particular, consumers generally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period for online contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided we have not yet begun work (for example, before a writer is assigned and starts the service). After work has commenced with your explicit consent, you waive this cancellation right and are subject to the payment and refund rules described below.

Ordering and Payment

Price Quote
Prices are calculated based on factors such as service type, academic level, deadline, and writer category. Once you accept a price quote and make a payment, your order is confirmed as binding.
Payment
Full or partial payment is required up front before we begin work. We offer secure online payment options. All payments are in British Pounds (GBP). Any fees from payment processors are non-refundable.
Deposits and Progress Payments
For large or long-term projects, we may require phased payments. A deposit will secure the order, and subsequent parts will be released upon milestone completion.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, our liability to you is limited as follows:
- Quality of Service: We will perform the service with reasonable care and skill. If we breach this standard, your remedy is as described above (revision, price reduction, or refund). We are not liable for any other losses beyond the price of the service.

- Customer Obligations: We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide. You warrant that all instructions and materials provided are accurate. We also assume you have the right to use any materials (e.g. images, data) you submit to us.
- Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not liable for their content or privacy practices.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law. In particular, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Misrepresentation and Contractual Fairness
We endeavour to describe our services truthfully. Under the Misrepresentation Act 1967, any material false statement we make that induces you into a contract entitles you to cancel the contract and claim a refund or compensation. If a court finds any term in these Terms is unfair, that term will not be binding on consumers, but the rest of the contract will remain in effect.
